It goes down and we have to reset it every 15 minutes or so. Sometimes it doesn't come back. My husband works for the hospital, and is on call, so our phone needs to be reliable. This is a joke! Do NOT order Comcast if you are looking to get a new service. This is my opinion, and I am speaking from my personal experience, but the people on this report have Also made it clear that there are real problems with this service.
